In October 2023, Charles Carmona, the founder of GUILD Gem Lab, received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the American Society of Appraisers in recognition of his outstanding achievements over 40 years in various fields such as colored gemstone research, testing, and education worldwide, as well as GUILD's exceptional contributions to the Asian market.

In December 2022, the GUILD (Zhuji) Gem Laboratory was established. Zhuji is the global production, processing and trading center of freshwater pearls, and it has gradually grown into the central market for pearl trading in China. Stationing in Zhuji not only demonstrates GUILD's attitude towards serving the industry, but also serves as a window for GUILD to improve the identification standard system for pearls of all categories and to carry out pearl research, education and testing.

In September 2022, the first Guild Aurora International Gem and Jewelry Competition was held. The competition has been hailed by the industry as one of the top three jewelry events globally. The inaugural event in 2022 reached over 2 million people and surpassed 20 million in total exposure, attracting significant attention from the international jewelry industry.
